Blaise was born on O'ahu and lived in Kailua before relocating to Florida. He has been working in hospitality and restaurants since he was 15 gaining most of his experience during college in Jacksonville, FL.

Most recently, Blaise spent several years managing at the 5 diamond property Ponte Vedra Inn & Club before accepting a food and beverage operations manager position at the Hyatt Regency Kāʻanapali located in Lāhainā, Maui. Due to the Lāhainā fires, he relocated to his home island of O'ahu working for the Hyatt Regency Waikīkī and then for Highgate hospitality at several of the Waikīkī properties before finding a home with the Mina group at Stripsteak Waikīkī.

When not working, you will definitely find Blaise surfing the world class waves of Hawaii or soaking up the sun on the beach with a book.
