As Senior Director of Finance at Mina Group, Tami ensures the company’s financial health and operational efficiency across all restaurants and corporate departments. With over 20 years of experience in finance and strategy at companies including Mervyns, Jamba Juice, and Peet's Coffee, she brings deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

At Mina Group, Tami oversees annual budgeting, ROI analysis, and financial planning, helping the team make informed, strategic decisions that support growth and excellence. She holds an MBA in Finance from UC Irvine’s Paul Merage School of Business and a BA in Communication and Media Studies from UC San Diego, and is based in San Francisco.
