Jordan Jacobson is the Director of IT at Mina Group, where he leads the company’s technology strategy and infrastructure to ensure seamless operations across its portfolio of restaurants. With over 15 years of IT leadership experience, Jordan has a proven track record of implementing innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, security, and guest experience.

Before joining Mina Group, Jordan served as Director of IT for Hogsalt Hospitality, overseeing technology across a diverse group of acclaimed restaurants. He also held the role of Senior IT Manager at Akira, where he streamlined systems and supported the company’s national growth, and has shared his expertise as an Adjunct Professor at Roosevelt University.

Jordan combines hands-on technical knowledge with a strategic, people-focused approach, helping hospitality teams leverage technology to deliver world-class dining experiences.
