Nicolas Cramer

Manager, Strategic FP&A – Accounting/Finance

Nick is Mina Groups Manager of Strategic FP&A, based in Miami and has both a finance and culinary background. After graduating from Georgetown University with a Bachelor’s in Finance, Nick worked as an Investment Banker in New York City before deciding to follow his culinary aspirations. Since then he has worked as a Line Cook in kitchens in both New York and Miami. His new role will allow him to combine his financial skills with his passion for food and hospitality to help MINA Group and our restaurants thrive.

A bit more about Nick:

  • Nick grew up in South Bend, Indiana in a large extended family- he had over 30 cousins living in South Bend!

  • He is a card-carrying forklift operator as a result of his working summers in various factories and warehouses during High School and College.

  • In college Nick founded a club to put on food-focused events, including an event where he smoked a whole pig overnight and served it up during Homecoming.

  • As a hobby, Nick ferments Guatemalan pineapple chicha using a recipe he learned from his fellow cooks while working in his first kitchen.
