Executive Chef - Restaurant Excellence Team – Corporate Culinary Operations

A New York native, Chef Khalil Hasty brings approximately 15 years of culinary experience to Mina Group. His career includes roles at Gramercy Tavern, Four Seasons, and Wynn Las Vegas, followed most recently by his position as Chef de Cuisine at Maroon at SAHARA Las Vegas.

Having worked in celebrated restaurants and luxury hospitality settings, Khalil brings a broad culinary perspective and an appreciation for the teamwork behind a memorable dining experience. He joins Mina Group eager to share his experience, collaborate with his fellow chefs, and continue growing his craft.

Outside the kitchen, Khalil trains in jiu-jitsu and holds onto the ambition of picking up his bass guitar again.
