Vice President of Culinary Operations – Corporate Culinary OperationsAlex Griffiths is the Vice President of Culinary Operations at MINA Group, where he leads the culinary vision across the portfolio with passion, mentorship, and strategic excellence. Alex joined the company in 2014 as Executive Sous Chef at RN74, quickly rising to Corporate Chef by 2016. Since June 2019, he has served as Vice President of Culinary Operations, shaping menus, training teams, and fostering a culture of innovation and consistency throughout MINA Group.
A graduate of New York University, Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Urban Design, a background that brings creative structure and thoughtful design to his culinary perspective.
Alex’s culinary leadership is defined by his commitment to lifting up emerging chefs. Drawing from his own evolution at MINA Group—from sous chef to leader—he champions collaboration, education, and creativity in every kitchen. In his role, Alex ensures each restaurant not only maintains culinary excellence but also reflects the group’s broader philosophy of mentorship and soulful dining.
