Before this, he served as Culinary Director at TableOne Hospitality, where he played a pivotal role in launching and refining hospitality concepts under the guidance of Chef Michael Mina and Patric Yumul. His leadership journey also includes his tenure as Director of Culinary at Mara Restaurant & Bar in Honolulu, and earlier operational experience as Purchasing Manager with the food-first collective Off the Grid.
