Lexi Farr
Director of Marketing Events – MarketingLexi started her hospitality career as a host at the flagship Michael Mina restaurant in San Francisco, eventually supporting openings across the country — from Lake Tahoe and Los Angeles to Baltimore, Hawaii, Chicago, and beyond. Her love for events and meaningful experiences took root during those early openings — watching restaurants transform for an evening while still holding onto their essence.
She went on to lead multi-market operations for What If Syndicate and later landed in LA long enough to finally keep groceries in the fridge — settling in as General Manager of Soho House West Hollywood, where she focused on programming tied to major entertainment moments like the Grammys, Emmys, Coachella, and Cannes — blending hospitality with experience-driven brand work.
She returned to The Mina Group — a place that’s always felt like home — ready to help showcase each concept with intention and impact.
Lexi is solar-powered and loves to be in the sun — on a course, a mountain, or near an ocean. She’s unreasonably competitive at game night, has strong opinions about dinner party playlists, and firmly believes in the power of a martini and a slice of pizza.
