Beginning his career at Michael Mina Restaurant, he quickly distinguished himself and went on to serve as Executive Sous Chef at PABU Izakaya, where he honed his expertise in Japanese-inspired cuisine and high-volume, luxury operations.
Chef Bennett combines refined culinary technique with a passion for innovation and mentorship. Beyond the restaurant, he has showcased his entrepreneurial spirit through ventures such as Cheffy Dawg, a creative concept that reimagines classic street food with elevated flavor profiles.
