Jamie Robinson
Assistant General Manager – Outlet Front of House LeadershipJamie Robinson has led restaurant operations, built bar programs, and managed multi-outlet resort environments at the intersection of restaurant operations and large-scale event execution, including private events and high-volume functions. Her background includes event and venue operations at Fenway Park in Boston, where she oversaw premium functions and large-scale catered events, as well as hospitality leadership roles in Hawai‘i across resort and independent restaurant environments. She currently serves as AGM with StripSteak Waikiki, continuing her focus on high-volume service and the integration of restaurant and event operations.
