Over the years, his passion has always been to create great culinary experiences while maintaining the best standards in terms of quality, consistency, and hospitality.
He is passionate about mentoring talented culinary teams, coming up with creative menus, and creating a great kitchen culture that embraces collaboration and professionalism. He believes great food is created through strong leadership and commitment to excellence.
He looks forward to continuing to mentor the next generation of chefs and learning more each day as a chef. He is thrilled to join the Mina Group REX Team and to work together in providing our guests with exceptional culinary experiences.
