General Manager – Outlet Front of House Leadership

After working in the hospitality industry in NYC for over two decades as a server, bartender, bar manager and sommelier, Kirka moved to Hawaii to be closer to her wife’s family. Here she managed Eating House 1849 Waikīkī by Roy Yamaguchi, the restaurants at the Outrigger Canoe Club and the restaurants at the Oahu Country Club. She was the GM and Wine Director at Arden Waikiki before taking over the position of GM at Stripsteak Waikiki. 

Kirka is a certified sommelier at the Court of Master Sommeliers. She is a passionate canoe paddler and avid hiker.
