Mark Bernardo

As a native of Chicago, Mark Bernardo grew up in a hospitality household and developed an affinity for restaurants at a young age. After studying Hospitality Management at Western Illinois University, Mark found his way into Starwood Hotels and Resorts working with the W Hotel brand in Chicago then eventually made his move to Los Angeles where he worked his way up to Senior Food & Beverage Manager at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills.

From there, Mark worked with several hospitality groups opening restaurants in LA and New York leading up to opening Hotel Californian in Santa Barbara as the Director of Food & Beverage then opening The Hoxton, Downtown Los Angeles as Director of Food & Beverage as well.

Most recently, Mark spent time with MINA Group, Foley Entertainment Group, and Urban Kitchen Group.
