Corporate Bar Manager – Corporate OperationsRaised in San Francisco, Gibran Garcia joined MINA Group in 2017 at age 17 as a host at RN74. What began as a side job quickly became a career, fueled by the restaurant’s passion, intensity, and opportunities to grow. He worked his way through front-of-house roles at every San Francisco property before becoming Bar Lead at Bungalow Kitchen, where he built brand partnerships, strengthened community ties, and developed events that helped the beverage program thrive.
Today, as Corporate Beverage Manager, Gibran supports beverage training, cocktail menu updates, and restaurant openings while also taking on REX General Manager responsibilities. Having helped open six MINA Group projects, he credits his growth to a shared commitment: bring passion and effort to the work, and the team will invest that same energy in you.
