Executive Chef – Outlet Culinary LeadershipChef Josh is a Las Vegas native and culinary leader for Bourbon Steak at the Four Seasons, bringing deep local roots and national-level experience to the role. His résumé includes formative positions at Rosemary’s, Le Cirque at the Bellagio, and Alizé at The Palms, where he worked under Michelin-starred Chef André Rochat. Josh’s career advanced further during his time as Sous Chef and later Executive Chef at Michael Mina’s Seablue at MGM Grand, making him one of the youngest Echelon chefs in the Mina Group.
He also brought his talents to Chicago’s high-end dining scene with Lettuce Entertain You’s L20, and later returned to Las Vegas to lead Mina Group’s new ventures including Bardot Brasserie. In 2025, he launched a “secret menu” at Bourbon Steak Las Vegas — a three-course experience crafted exclusively for local residents — centering on refined, creative cuisine.
Josh is recognized for his energetic, imaginative approach to traditional steakhouse fare and his commitment to elevating the guest experience in his hometown.
