Who you are
As a server, you will transform dining into an experience guests remember. Through attentive, personalized service, you create meaningful moments and deliver thoughtful attention to detail that defines exceptional hospitality.
What you'll do
Set and maintain tables and service areas to create an inviting, guest-ready environment.
Serve food and beverages while engaging with guests, anticipating needs, and providing attentive, personalized service.
Communicate and coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure accurate and timely service.
Maintain work areas, equipment, and supplies to established cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards.
Complete additional duties as needed to support guests, the team, and the overall operation.
What’s expected of you
Take initiative and use good judgment to anticipate guest needs and resolve service needs in the moment.
Follow company policies, procedures, safety practices, and established quality standards.
Maintain a polished, professional appearance and consistently demonstrate elevated communication and service standards.
Work collaboratively across the restaurant team to deliver consistent, efficient service.
Physical Requirements
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including moving across sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
Read and visually verify menu, service, and other work-related information.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None.
