Who you are
As a Lifestyle Bartender, you will craft exceptional beverages and guest experiences through expert knowledge, thoughtful recommendations, and personalized service.
What you'll do
Craft and serve high-quality beverages while creating engaging, personalized guest experiences.
Maintain a polished, organized, and fully functioning bar that is ready for service.
Stay current on beverage trends, local offerings, and evolving guest preferences to enhance the experience.
Accurately handle payments, guest information, and other responsibilities while supporting the broader guest experience.
What’s expected of you
Take ownership of the guest experience, stepping beyond the bar when needed to support guests and the team.
Use your beverage knowledge and judgment to make thoughtful recommendations based on individual guest preferences.
Maintain close attention to detail, from drink quality and presentation to financial transactions and guest information.
Follow company policies, procedures, safety practices, and standards while protecting company assets and confidential information.
Maintain a professional appearance and consistently represent the standards of the hotel.
Physical Requirements
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
Reach overhead and below the knees.
Perform physical movements including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None.
