Teixeira joins Bourbon Steak Las Vegas as General Manager, bringing over two decades of award-winning hospitality leadership across some of Las Vegas’s most iconic luxury destinations. Known for his operational excellence, financial acumen, and people-first leadership, Andre has consistently led teams to exceed expectations in both guest experience and business performance.
Most recently, Andre served as General Manager for Amaya Modern Mexican at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Previously, Andre held senior leadership positions as Director of Food & Beverage and Director of Beverage for Station Casinos and Caesars Palace Las Vegas, overseeing multimillion-dollar departments and leading teams of more than 1,500 employees. His track record includes managing new concept launches, optimizing P&Ls, maintaining best-in-class cost controls, and opening landmark venues such as Vanderpump Cocktail Garden, Hell’s Kitchen, and Pronto by Giada.
A seasoned leader with a deep understanding of both the culinary and beverage worlds, Andre’s approach blends innovation, operational precision, and genuine hospitality. At Bourbon Steak Las Vegas, he will continue to elevate the guest experience, cultivate a culture of excellence, and strengthen the restaurant’s reputation as one of the city’s premier dining destinations.
