Hunter Toms

Hunter Toms is a hospitality professional with 10 years of experience in new restaurant development, brand management, and operational excellence. Throughout his career, he has built a strong foundation in concept design and strategy implementation across a diverse range of hospitality environments. He is passionate about inspiring and motivating teams, cultivating strong workplace cultures, and empowering individuals to deliver exceptional hospitality.

Hunter began his journey in hospitality at home, growing up in a small town in West Virginia. He learned the patience of growing produce from his grandfather and the importance of setting the table from his grandmother.

After relocating to West Palm Beach, he continued working in high-volume, fine dining restaurants and discovered his passion for openings. In 2022, Hunter joined MILA in Miami as Assistant General Manager, where he gained experience operating within one of the nation’s high-volume dining environments.

Hunter’s next opening would be with world renowned Chef Thomas Keller, where he opened Bouchon Coral Gables. He later supported The Surf Club, a Michelin-starred restaurant, before relocating to Napa Valley, where he was appointed General Manager of RO.
