Based in San Francisco, Kenrick began his Mina Group journey in 2010 as a server on the opening team of the SF flagship, Michael Mina, and joined the Mina group recruiting team in 2017 leading recruitment, training, and organizational development initiatives. His strengths lie in aligning people strategy with brand identity, enhancing guest experience through team culture, and scaling talent systems for growth. He is passionate about mentorship, creative leadership, and fostering inclusive workplace environments that empower individuals to thrive.

In his free time, you can find him coaching his son's little league team, hosting amazing parties, cooking, creating ceramics, woodworking, gardening, snowboarding, and hiking around the Bay Area.
