Zoe Maduros brings a rare blend of compassion, strategy, and cultural flair to her role as Chief People Officer at MINA Group. Since stepping into HR leadership at Mina Group in 2021, Zoe has cultivated an environment of growth, trust, and belonging across the organization.

Before joining MINA Group, Zoe led talent and organizational development efforts in the food and beverage industry. At Peet’s Coffee, she served as Director of Retail Training, overseeing programs that empowered teams and elevated customer experience across the chain. Prior to that, she spent nearly a decade at Jamba Juice, working her way up from Manager of Store Learning & Development to Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Learning—where she shaped talent strategies that supported both brand values and business growth. 

Zoe is a proud graduate of Yale University, with a Bachelor of Arts in English—an academic foundation that sharpens her storytelling, empathy, and communication—skills she wields daily to connect team members, nurture leadership, and champion innovation.
