President and Chief Financial Officer – Executive Team

Tyler Roberts is the President & Chief Financial Officer of MINA Group, a San Francisco-based restaurant management company founded by James Beard Award-winning Chef Michael Mina. MINA Group specializes in developing and operating innovative full-service dining concepts and currently owns and operates more than 30 restaurants across the US and Dubai, including Bourbon Steak, Orla, and Aqua Bistecca. In his role, Tyler leads the company’s strategic vision and financial performance, overseeing key business functions including finance, operations, IT, capital strategy, and investor relations.

Tyler’s nearly two decades of leadership experience span the restaurant, hospitality, real estate, and development sectors. He has held senior positions with Jose Andres Group, Lidl, and Interstate Hotels & Resorts (now Aimbridge Hospitality), where he drove growth initiatives and operational transformation.

A graduate of the University of Virginia’s College at Wise, Tyler holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA from King University.
