Anthony Attanasio
Director of Beverage – Corporate OperationsAnthony Attanasio most recently served as Director of Spirits for the Boisset Collection, where he played a pivotal role in the launch and national expansion of their luxury spirits portfolio. His contributions were instrumental in bringing Jean-Charles Boisset’s Casa Obsidiana Tequila and Calistoga Depot Distillery to market, overseeing production, marketing, and strategic sales efforts.
Prior to his time at Boisset, Anthony held senior bar management positions with acclaimed chefs at Bottega and Morimoto Napa and previously served as a Lead Bartender across several Mina Group properties. His extensive experience includes opening and managing bars for high-profile restaurants, where he consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence, innovation, and team development.
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York, Anthony’s expertise has been recognized multiple times in Forbes Magazine and featured in the San Francisco Cocktail Book. In 2020, while leading the bar program at the Michelin-starred Michael Mina Restaurant, Anthony secured the prestigious designation of The Macallan Spiritual Home — an honor awarded to only three restaurant bars worldwide each year. That same year, Anthony was selected to be featured in the inaugural “Raising the Bar” event hosted by the James Beard Foundation in San Francisco.
