Bobby Caffese
General Manager – Outlet Front of House LeadershipRobert (Bobby) Caffese was born in Lodi, CA where he grew up farming grapes and walnuts with his family. It is here he gained an appreciation for nature as well as the effort needed to produce crops. He studied at UC Davis, graduating with a degree in Economics.
He spent over 10 years in leadership roles with Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Walnut Creek and Seattle, where he earned General Manager of the Year. Bobby spent the past two years as General Manager for Chef Thomas Keller’s restaurant, Ad Hoc, in Yountville, CA. Here he led a daily changing menu and wine paring program with a focus on classic American comfort dishes and small production California wines.
Away from work, Bobby is a devoted family man, prioritizing time with his wife, Alicia, their two young sons, and their beloved Golden doodle, Buddy. Together, they enjoy outdoor activities, gardening, sports, and cooking while maintaining a focus on fitness and health.
