Executive chef – Outlet Culinary LeadershipChef Gabriel Pulido is the Executive Chef of Bourbon Steak Los Angeles.. A Los Angeles native, Gabriel earned an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts from the Art Institute of Los Angeles. Early in his career, he refined his craft with The Bazaar by José Andrés and continued learning in Spain, working with celebrated chefs like Quim Márquez at Suquet De L’Almirall and at El Quim de la Boqueria.
Upon returning to the U.S., Gabriel’s journey took him to Redbird and Katsuya Group, followed by leadership roles with the h.wood Group across several popular LA venues including The Nice Guy and Mason. His diverse experiences sharpened both his technique and his understanding of dining room dynamics and menu development in upscale and high-volume settings.
At Bourbon Steak LA, Chef Pulido is known for his skilled execution of classic steakhouse fare elevated by global flavor influences, thoughtful wine pairings, and attention to seasonal and ingredient-driven cuisine.
