Before coming onboard at The Mina Group, Mark was General Manager of China Chilcano by Jose Andres in downtown DC. He moved to the DC area from Los Angeles, where his career spanned several iconic restaurants including The Lobster, Joe's Restaurant by Chef Joe Miller, La Vecchia Cucina and Cafe del Rey where he ran a Wine Spectator Award-winning wine program and earned his Level 1 Master Sommelier credentials.
