Executive Sous Chef – Outlet Culinary LeadershipChef Maiki Le brings over 15 years of diverse culinary experience as Executive Sous Chef at Bourbon Steak Los Angeles, where she combines refined technique with global influences to deliver Mina Group’s signature approach to modern steakhouse dining.
Before joining Bourbon Steak, Chef Le served as Executive Chef of Wine House Kitchen (formerly Upstairs 2) in West Los Angeles, where she led a fine dining program blending Southern Californian cuisine with Vietnamese and French inspirations.
Chef Le was also Head Chef at Belcampo Meat Company in Santa Monica, helping launch multiple locations across California while emphasizing sustainable, farm-inspired cuisine. Earlier in his career, she honed her skills as Chef de Cuisine at the acclaimed Josie Restaurant and its sister concept Next Door by Josie, as well as in opening teams at celebrated restaurants including Momed (Beverly Hills), Graffiti (New York), and Monkey Bar (New York).
