Assistant General Manager – Outlet Front of House Leadership

Lynn grew up in Auburn, one of Washington's oldest cities, about 30 minutes away from Seattle. With her family being in the global home goods industry, she often traveled with them to California and Las Vegas, when her passion grew for entertainment and hospitality. Having the interest to further understand and advance in this industry, Lynn attended Washington State University and graduated with a degree in Hospitality Business Management. Her professional career started when she became Assistant General Manager for Saigon Siblings Group.

Lynn's journey with the Mina Group started with Bourbon Steak Seattle. After Bourbon Steak, she found a new opportunity when she moved to Las Vegas earlier this year and took on the Assistant Manager role at Strip Steak. Lynn then opened Bourbon Steak Las Vegas as the Assistant General Manager.

Beyond her professional life, Lynn loves participating in outdoor activities and exploring new trends in home decorating. She also spends a lot of time entertaining and taking care of Winston- her young hyperactive Mini Aussie.
