Doug Martin

Doug brings extensive senior leadership experience in delivering luxury guest experiences across international markets, including Las Vegas, San Francisco, Miami, and The Bahamas. He has driven growth, cultural transformation, and financial success for world-class destinations such as Atlantis, MGM Resorts, and The Mina Group.

Douglas began his career with The Mina Group, where he spent over a decade contributing to multiple concepts and openings, advancing to General Manager and Operations Manager.

Most recently, he served as Director of Restaurants at Atlantis, earning recognition as the only non-Bahamian citizen to receive the Leader of the Quarter award for his commitment to mentoring and developing talent—resulting in several team member promotions, including three first-time General Managers.
