He has driven growth, cultural transformation, and financial success for world-class destinations such as Atlantis, MGM Resorts, and The Mina Group.
Douglas began his career with The Mina Group, where he spent over a decade contributing to multiple concepts and openings, advancing to General Manager and Operations Manager.
Most recently, he served as Director of Restaurants at Atlantis, earning recognition as the only non-Bahamian citizen to receive the Leader of the Quarter award for his commitment to mentoring and developing talent—resulting in several team member promotions, including three first-time General Managers.
