Luca Di Falco joins Mina Group as General Manager of Acqua Bistecca Estero Bay, bringing more than 20 years of leadership in world-class Italian dining and hospitality. A native of Italy and longtime Naples restaurateur, Luca has built an impressive career defined by operational excellence, culinary authenticity, and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Before joining Mina Group, Luca served as Managing Partner for several acclaimed Naples concepts, including BiCE Naples, Caffè Milano, La Trattoria, and Bontà Bakery, where he led teams, refined service standards, and drove sustained revenue growth. Under his leadership, BiCE Naples earned the title of Best Italian Restaurant in Naples. Most recently, as Office Managing Partner at Mercato Italiano, Luca focused on developing new business strategies and partnerships that expanded market presence and guest engagement.

Known for his deep commitment to authenticity, Luca has continuously elevated the dining landscape of Southwest Florida by pairing timeless Italian tradition with modern innovation.
