Vanessa Kemling is a hospitality and operations leader with over 20 years of experience spanning fine dining, luxury hotels, bar operations, and entrepreneurship. She has held leadership roles in multi-unit restaurant management, bar management, and property management, demonstrating expertise in P&L oversight, strategic planning, compliance, and team development.

Vanessa previously managed bar operations at Capo in Santa Monica, overseeing budgets, inventory, and vendor partnerships, while also operating a successful boutique beauty and wellness business. Additionally, she served as General Manager with 1933 Group, directing multi-unit hospitality operations, creating SOPs and cocktail menus, and driving event sales growth. Her experience also includes Assistant GM roles at Fraiche and property management with KMK Management, where she managed residential properties, tenant relations, budgets, and regulatory compliance.

Vanessa combines operational excellence with a focus on mentorship and guest experience, consistently delivering results while cultivating engaged, high-performing teams. She holds a BA from the International Academy of Design & Technology and completed business coursework at College of the Canyons and Santa Monica College.
