Tyler’s roots in hospitality run deep. Raised in northern Maine, he grew up watching his grandmother cook for and serve their small community at her pizzeria, instilling in him an early appreciation for food, hospitality, and connection.

After graduating high school, Tyler pursued a degree in psychology, but each summer pulled him back into the kitchen. He spent his seasons working along the coast of Maine in Bar Harbor and Mount Desert Island, where he sharpened his culinary skills and leadership abilities. Over time, he rose to lead culinary operations for a high-volume seafood restaurant and bakery. When the seasonal restaurant closed after fall foliage, Tyler continued his journey south, working in kitchens across Fort Lauderdale and the Florida Keys.

Seeking greater stability after starting a family, Tyler settled in Santa Fe, New Mexico, transitioning into front-of-house leadership and concept development for a local developer. There, he oversaw operations for multiple hospitality concepts, including breweries, a rooftop pizzeria & wine bar, and became an active member of the Santa Fe Wine & Chile Council.

Tyler eventually returned to Florida as an Operating Partner and Training Location for the Stonewood Grill & Tavern Group, where he focused on coaching high service standards, developing teams, driving sales, and maximizing profitability.

With a true passion for hospitality, Tyler brings an unwavering commitment to excellence and a consistent dedication to exceeding guest expectations.
