Born in Queens, New York, Daniela draws on her Colombian heritage and international flavor influences to craft dishes that blend tradition, creativity, and hospitality. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, she joined the MINA Fellowship program early in her career—rotating through multiple Mina Group concepts and gaining experience in Hawaiian, Greek, French, and Japanese kitchens. Known for her attention to detail, commitment to consistency, and desire to mentor others, Chef Vergara brings both vision and heart to every plate.
