Cooks of all Levels
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for Cooks of all levels who are essential members of the Food & Beverage team who are dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. Our Cooks provide enjoyable expertly cooked dining experiences conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
Responsibilities
Run the day to day operation of assigned station in the kitchen
They ensure that all food items are prepared to exacting standards.
Assist in creating and preparing menus items and specials.
Check and complete mise en place and pars and set-up the station.
Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation.
Ensure a clean, neat and organized work area
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
Follow all guidelines for timely food service to guests.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
1 to 2 years of experience in kitchen/hotel operation or culinary school.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. This may include some evenings, weekends and holidays.
This position requires the ability to lift, push and pull up to 40lb.
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
This position requires an applicant with a good level of food knowledge and experience.
