Director of Operations – Corporate OperationsHunter Seech is an accomplished hospitality operations leader with a strong track record of driving excellence across luxury dining and high-volume restaurant environments. In her role as Director of Operations for Mina Group, Hunter oversees multi-unit performance, supports strategic growth initiatives, and leads teams in delivering the elevated hospitality standards the company is known for.
Since joining Mina Group, Hunter has progressed through key leadership roles—including Senior General Manager of Openings & Operations and Corporate General Manager—where she played an integral role in new restaurant launches, operational optimization, and talent development across multiple markets.
Before Mina Group, Hunter built a deep foundation in luxury and fine-dining operations through leadership roles with Wynn Las Vegas, Wolfgang Puck, Bellagio, and The Palm Restaurant. Her experience spans front-of-house leadership, VIP guest services, multi-outlet management, and team culture development.
A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Hunter brings a blend of strategic vision, polished service acumen, and a passion for mentoring high-performing teams. She is known for her ability to elevate guest experiences, strengthen operational systems, and lead with warmth, consistency, and a commitment to excellence.
